Kernpunten

Het aantal ouderen met alcoholproblematiek is de laatste jaren gestegen en zal naar verwachting met de toenemende vergrijzing verder stijgen.
Bij ouderen leidt alcoholinname eerder tot fysieke en/of psychische klachten dan bij jongeren.
Hoeksteen van de aanpak is signalering. Wees erop bedacht dat de geriatrische presentatie atypisch is.
