Pijn en smaakproblemen door psoriasis?

Samenvatting

De vraag was als volgt geformuleerd: ‘Het betreft een 38-jarige patiënt bij wie 13 jaar geleden een artritis psoriasis is gediagnosticeerd. De klachten zijn voornamelijk van reumatisch aard, waarvoor met succes etanercept (Enbrel) wordt gegeven. De patiënt houdt echter een zeurende pijn door de gehele mond en een vieze smaak. In 2005 heeft in element 26 een endodon - tische behandeling plaatsgevonden voor een meer lokale klacht, maar het is niet duidelijk of deze verbetering heeft gegeven van de diffuse klachten.
