Many of us come up against some kind of difficulty at some point when we encounter and persist with Kindness and Compassion practices (KCP). Maybe the practice feels artificial, jarring, unrelatable or unnecessary; or the perceived requirement to produce certain mind states feels effortful and unnatural.
