Samenvatting

Bij patiënten die op de Eerste Hart Hulp (EHH) liggen met verdenking op acuut coronair syndroom (ACS), wordt voor diagnostiek bloed naar het lab gestuurd voor troponine-T-bepaling. Deze bepaling duurt minimaal een uur. Bij een afwijkende waarde wordt het onderzoek herhaald.
