Samenvatting

Twintig tot dertig procent van de mensen krijgt te maken met hartfalen, meestal wanneer ze ouder zijn dan 70 jaar.1 De nieuwe Europese richtlijn van de ESC Heart Failure Association geeft concrete handvatten voor de verpleegkundige zorg rondom dit ernstige ziektebeeld.
