Samenvatting

Eén van de belangrijkste vragen die zich opdringt in de discussie rond evidence-based psychotherapie, is de vraag hoe en waarom een behandeling werkt. Welke mechanismen zijn verantwoordelijk voor het therapeutisch effect? Dit is effectiever dan op zoek te gaan naar het eigen gelijk.
