Summary

We describe a 3-week old neonate with multiple soft-tissue tumours. The exact nature of the tumours could not be identified by non-invasive investigation. The tumours were excised in toto. Histopathological examination revealed the typical picture of myofibromatosis. Soft-tissue tumours are rarely seen at neonatal age. An overview of infantile myofibromatosis is presented.
