Inleiding

De anamnese is de fase in het diagnostisch proces waarin informatie wordt verzameld over de patiënt en zijn klacht door mondeling of schriftelijk vragen te stellen. Dit gesprek kan plaatsvinden tussen bekkenfysiotherapeut en patiënt (auto-anamnese) of tussen bekkenfysiotherapeut en familielid, partner, vriend of vriendin, begeleider (hetero-anamnese).
