39 Zonneallergie/dermatitis solaris

Samenvatting

Zonneallergie of dermatitis solaris, ook wel polymorfe lichteruptie (PLE) genoemd, wordt gekenmerkt door erythemateuze, jeukende huiduitslag met papels en/of vesikels, vooral op aan de zon blootgestelde delen van de huid.1,2 De huiduitslag ontstaat 6-8 uur na blootstelling aan zonlicht en is meestal seizoensgebonden (einde voorjaar, begin zomer, zie figuur 39.1). De uitslag verdwijnt spontaan na enkele dagen tot weken. Er zijn geen restverschijnselen.
