Samenvatting

Fysieke training is het proces waarbij herhaalde systematische inspanning leidt tot functionele en morfologische veranderingen (adaptatie) in lichaamsweefsels en -systemen (Bar-Or & Rowland, 2004a) of tot het behoud van deze veranderingen.
