A mathematical expression in this paper contains a typographical error. In the caption for Table 3, we write that the standard deviation of the residual term was fixed at \( {\pi}^2/\sqrt{3} \). However, in reality the standard deviation of the residual term was fixed at \( \pi /\sqrt{3}\approx 1.81 \), which is the standard deviation of a logistic distribution with parameter \( s=1 \) (see Goldstein, Browne, & Rasbash, 2002, section 3.5). All of the results in Table 3 are correct, as they are based on the correct expression \( \pi /\sqrt{3} \); it is simply the mathematical expression in the table caption that was written in error.
