Abstract

Deze inleiding licht twee cognitief-gedragsmatige benaderingen in de fysiotherapie toe die in de volgende hoofdstukken besproken worden. Bovendien wordt de onderlinge verhouding verhelderd. Het gaat om de Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (rebt) van Albert Ellis die in hoofdstuk 5 besproken wordt en de Problem Solving Therapy van D’Zurila die in hoofdstuk 6 aan bod komt.
