Samenvatting

In dit hoofdstuk bespreken we aan de hand van twee voorbeelden hoe diëtisten evidence-based handelen in de praktijk kunnen toepassen. De voorbeelden en de gebruikte gegevens zijn fictief. De vijf stappen in de evidence-based diëtetiek worden gevolgd en aan het eind volgt een evaluatie en indien van toepassing een implementatiemogelijkheid (Engelbert en Wittink, 2010).
