Samenvatting

Mevrouw J, 48 jaar oud, kreeg eind 2009 schouderklachten rechts, waarvoor consult bij de fysiotherapeut. Er trad geen verbetering op, waarna bezoek aan de huisarts, die verwees naar een gespecialiseerde schouderfysiotherapeut. Ook hiervan had zij geen baat, eerder verergering van de klachten. Nieuwe bevinding: uitstralende pijn aan de ulnaire zijde van de rechterarm. Opnieuw bezoek aan de huisarts die een thoraxfoto en een schouderfoto aanvroeg.
