Samenvatting

Het betreft een prospectieve gerandomiseerde dubbelblind placebogecontroleerde multicentrumstudie naar het effect van zoledroninezuur. Voor dit intraveneus toegediende bifosfonaat is een significante risicoreductie van fracturen aangetoond door intraveneuze toediening eenmaal per jaar bij postmenopauzale vrouwen.
