Samenvatting

De ziekte van Osgood-Schlatter is een van de meest voorkomende oorzaken van kniepijn bij kinderen. Het betreft een aandoening van de tuberositas tibiae, die gekenmerkt wordt door lokale pijn, zwelling en gevoeligheid. De ziekte komt vooral voor bij kinderen die actief een sport beoefenen.
