Samenvatting

Begeleide zelfhulp via het internet is net zo effectief als face to face behandelingen voor depressie en angst. Maar hoeveel ondersteuning van een therapeut is er nu precies nodig? In dit artikel wordt nader ingegaan op de voor- en nadelen van online behandeling, wetenschappelijke effectiviteit en de rol van de therapeut.
