Samenvatting

Het korte antwoord op deze vraag luidt: een mitralisklepdysfunctie die voor chirurgische behandeling in aanmerking komt en waarbij mitralisklepreconstructie niet mogelijk is.

Dit antwoord roept meteen twee nieuwe vragen op: wanneer komt een mitralisklepdysfunctie in aanmerking voor chirurgische interventie en wanneer is reconstructieve chirurgie niet mogelijk?
