Samenvatting

Moet u dit blad direct terzijde leggen en diepe kniebuigingen gaan doen? En voorkomt u daarmee dan dat u later de ziekte van Alzheimer krijgt? Nou nee, maar voldoende lichaamsbeweging heeft waarschijnlijk wel een gunstig effect op het functioneren van de hersenen, zo constateert verpleeghuisarts Jan van Ingen Schenau. Lees dus voorlopig maar even door, het trimparcours loopt niet weg.
