Samenvatting

‘Is het samenbrengen van intrinsiek gemotiveerde, hoogopgeleide en ervaren zorgverleners voldoende basis voor effectief teamwork?’ Die vraag stelt chirurg Marck Haerkens, directeur van Wings of Care, een adviesorganisatie met een operationele expertise op het grensvlak van lucht-, ruimtevaart en zorg. Wings of Care, vrij vertaald Zorgvleugels, verwijst naar de missie van deze adviesorganisatie: betere patiëntenzorg. Op uitnodiging van de redactie geeft Haerkens in GZ-psychologie zijn visie op samenwerking in de zorg.
