Tuberculose tijdens zwangerschap of kraambed

Is arbeidsongeschiktheid hierbij als gevolg van zwangerschap en/of bevalling te beschouwen

Samenvatting

Het beoordelen van causaliteit tussen arbeidsongeschiktheid en zwangerschap en bevalling is een van de beoordelingen binnen het verzekeringsgeneeskundig vakgebied. Bij deze beoordeling speelt naast de vraag of er sprake is van ongeschiktheid voor het laatst verrichte werk, de vraag of deze het rechtstreeks gevolg is van de zwangerschap en bevalling. Om deze vraag in onze casus goed te kunnen beantwoorden is nader literatuuronderzoek verricht.
