Tibiotalaire autologe kraakbe encelimplantatie: fundamentele aspecten van een biopsielocatie in de enkel

Samenvatting

Dr. Matricali heeft onderzocht hoe de morbiditeit van een donorsite in de enkel minimaal kan blijven na kraakbeenbiopsie ten behoeve van een celexpansieprocedure voor autologe kraakbeenimplantatie. Hij vond een biopsielocatie in de enkel die veilig te gebruiken is voor dit doeleinde. Verder deed hij onderzoek naar de mogelijkheid van het gebruik van gedebrideerd kraakbeen, om een biopsie in zijn geheel overbodig te maken.
