9. Stap 9: hoe ga je de meetresultaten gebruiken?

Samenvatting

Nadat meetinstrumenten gekozen en afgenomen zijn, is de volgende stap de resultaten te gebruiken in het zorg- en behandelproces. Hoe je de data nu echt kunt inzetten voor de doelen die je in stappen 1 en 2 geformuleerd hebt. Je kunt ze gebruiken om een diagnose te stellen, een inschatting van de prognose te maken en om de zorg te monitoren en te evalueren. In dit hoofdstuk beschrijven we aan de hand van de casussen hoe je de resultaten kunt presenteren, visualiseren en bespreken met je patiënt.
