Selectieve tegenoverdrachtonthulling bij een impasse in de psychoanalytische psychotherapie

Abstract

In de psychoanalytische therapie kan een impasse ontstaan als de overdracht niet te bewerken is met klassieke interventies. Tegenoverdrachtonthulling kan dan soms een uitkomst bieden. Deze tegenoverdrachtonthulling wordt beschreven vanuit verschillende psychoanalytische visies en de techniek wordt geïllustreerd met enkele gevalsstudies. Ethische overwegingen vormen de leidraad bij de formulering van aanbevelingen voor een verantwoord gebruik van tegenoverdrachtonthulling.
