Samenvatting

Als er een oorzaak te vinden is voor de problemen die kinderen ondervinden bij de verwerving van hun moedertaal spreekt men wel van een secundaire taalstoornis. De taalstoornis is dan een duidelijk gevolg van een stoornis in de ontwikkeling van het kind die niet-talig is. Secundaire taalstoornissen bestrijken een veel breder terrein dan primaire taalstoornissen, omdat het scala aan oorzaken zo divers is.
