Inleiding

Hoewel atriale ritmestoornissen voor kunnen komen na iedere vorm van congenitale hartchirurgie, is de frequentie van voorkomen het hoogst na de Fontan-palliatie, gevolgd door de atriale switch-operatie, ASD-sluiting en de correctie van een tetralogie van Fallot (figuur 22.1).
