Rehabilitatie en zelfmanagement bij chronische depressie*

Samenvatting

Zo’n 20% van de patiënten met een depressie ontwikkelt een chronisch beloop. Er is weinig bekend over rehabilitatie voor deze doelgroep. Daarom is een cursus rehabilitatie door zelfmanagement ontwikkeld die onderzocht wordt op effectiviteit. De cursus kan onderdeel worden van een begeleiding waarvoor de eerste en tweede lijn gezamenlijk zorg dragen. De POH-GGZ en de basis-GGZ kunnen hierin een belangrijke rol spelen
