Samenvatting

Behalve met psychische symptomen komt de sociaal werker ook vaak in aanraking met somatische klachten en de somatische problematiek van cliënten. Psychiatrische aandoeningen en het gebruik van psychofarmaca kunnen bijvoorbeeld aanleiding geven tot allerlei somatische klachten en complicaties. Anderzijds kunnen somatische aandoeningen aanleiding geven tot een scala aan psychiatrische symptomen.
