Samenvatting

De vervanging van tanden bij de partieel of volledig edentate patiënt moet beantwoorden aan de huidige verwachtingen van functie (fonetiek, kauwcomfort en esthetiek) en algemeen comfort van de patiënt, uiteraard met een zo goed mogelijke prognose van de restauratie(s) en/of de restdentitie.
