Samenvatting

De bloeddruk wordt prehospitaal gebruikt als uitgangswaarde voor de behandeling van shock. In dit artikel bespreken we het onderzoek van de ambulancedienst Noord en Oost Gelderland waarin er bij de verdenking shock prehospitaal al een lactaatmeting plaatsvindt.
