Samenvatting

Preconceptionele zorg kan worden gedefinieerd als het geheel van maatregelen ter bevordering van de gezondheidstoestand van de zwangere en haar kind, dat om effectief te kunnen zijn bij voorkeur al gestart wordt vóór de conceptie. In dit hoofdstuk komen de verschillende onderdelen van preconceptionele zorg aan de orde:
  • risico-inventarisatie;
  • gezondheidsbevorderende maatregelen;
  • counseling;
  • interventies.
