22. Overige occupation-based ergotherapiemodellen en frameworks

Samenvatting

Dit hoofdstuk geeft een beschrijving van een aantal minder bekende occupation based ergotherapiemodellen en -frameworks. De persoon (en/of organisatie of gemeenschap) staat centraal en de focus ligt op het dagelijks handelen en participatie. Een aantal van deze modellen en frameworks zijn vrij recent ontwikkeld en sluiten aan bij huidige en toekomstige tendensen in de maatschappij en in de gezondheidszorg. Ieder model of framework wordt kort geïntroduceerd inclusief de theorieën waarop het gebaseerd is, en met hulp van een schema gevisualiseerd. Aan de hand van een praktijkvoorbeeld wordt beschreven hoe elk model of framework in de praktijk ingezet kan worden. Als er bijbehorende assessment-instrumenten voorhanden zijn, worden deze kort benoemd. Elke beschrijving van het occupation based ergotherapiemodel of -framework sluit af met voorbeelden van onderzoek, waar mogelijk evidence en een eventuele connectie met Occupational Science. De beschrijving is kort gehouden en nodigt de geïnteresseerde lezer uit, om met behulp van de aangegeven literatuur, zelf verder op zoek te gaan.
