Inleiding

Met cyanotische hartafwijkingen worden in dit hoofdstuk niet bedoeld patiënten met een Eisenmenger-fysiologie, bij wie een aanvankelijk grote longdoorstroming ten gevolge van een links-rechtsshunt heeft geleid tot pulmonale vaatziekte, PH en omkering van de shunt naar een rechts-linksshunt. H. 10 voor deze afwijkingen (vaak een VSD, maar ASD of andere shunts zijn ook mogelijk) en de daarbij optredende complicaties.
