Samenvatting

Zelf Plannen is een cognitieve gedragstherapie voor adolescenten met ADHD, die gericht is op het aanleren van planningsvaardigheden. In een gerandomiseerd onderzoek (n = 159) hebben wij Zelf Plannen vergeleken met Zelf Oplossingen Bedenken. Er trad een significante vooruitgang op na beide behandelingen. Er waren weinig verschillen te zien tussen de behandelingen, maar deelnemers evalueerden Zelf Plannen significant positiever. Ook vonden behandelaars Zelf Plannen voor deze doelgroep geschikter. Zelf Plannen lijkt hiermee een hiaat te vullen in de klinische praktijk.
