Abstract

Avasculaire necrose is niet een opzichzelfstaande aandoening; het is een pathologische eindtoestand van botweefsel, veroorzaakt door factoren die de bloedvoorziening doen stagneren.1 Die factoren kunnen zeer divers van aard zijn.
