Nieuw schoenadviessysteem voor een persoonlijk sportschoenadvies en nieuwe inzichten in blessurepreventie

Samenvatting

Sportblessures komen onder hardlopers erg veel voor. Wereldwijd wordt gediscussieerd over de invloed die sportschoenen hebben op het ontstaan van deze blessures. Er is een gebrek aan wetenschappelijk inzicht en eenduidig bewijs voor het directe effect van schoeneigenschappen op hardloopblessures. Om die reden wordt een systeem ontwikkeld waarmee individuele analyses leiden tot een persoonlijk advies over hardloopschoenen. Dataopslag en -analyses leiden tot nieuwe inzichten in de invloed van hardloopschoenen op blessures, zodat het aantal hardloopblessures kan worden beperkt.
