Samenvatting

Op het spreekuur kwam een 27-jarige man – blanco voorgeschiedenis – met niet-wegdrukbare rode vlekjes op beide benen. Sommige jeukten en het aantal plekjes nam toe: van voeten naar onderbenen en nu zelfs naar bovenbenen.
