Abstract

The paper entitled “Embodied Mindfulness” proposed embodiment as a shared link between different approaches of mindfulness. This commentary extends the notion of “embodied mindfulness” by exploring interpersonal/social applications of mindfulness in both western mindfulness-meditative and Langerian mindfulness approaches. The commentary explores measures of interpersonal mindfulness and concludes with the notion of mindfulness as both embodied and embedded.
