Samenvatting

Vijftig jaar onderzoek toont aan dat psychotherapie een duurzaam effect heeft dat spontaan herstel of placebo-effecten in betekenisvolle mate overtreft1. De volgende vraag is dan: wat leidt in psychotherapie tot die verandering?
