Inleiding

Congenitale AS kan worden onderscheiden in een valvulaire, een supravalvulaire en een subvalvulaire vorm (figuur 11.1). De subvalvulaire vorm wordt onderscheiden in een gefixeerde vorm en een dynamische vorm (hypertrofisch obstructieve cardiomyopathie (HOCM)).
