아버지 일-가정 양립 갈등이 아버지 우울과 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향: 어머니 양육스트레스의 매개효과

The Effects of father’s work-family role conflicts on the father’s depression and parenting stress: focusing on the mediating effect of mother’s parenting stress.

본 연구는 아버지의 일-가정 양립 갈등, 우울, 양육스트레스 및 어머니의 양육스 트레스 간의 상관관계를 살펴보고, 아버지의 일-가정 양립 갈등이 아버지의 우울과 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향에서 어머니의 양육스트레스의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 자료는 육아정책연구소에서 2015년 수집하여 통계처리 한후 2017년 5월 공시한 한국아동패널 8차년도 데이터로서 2018년 3월에 한국아동패널 홈페이지를 통해 제공받아 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 활용 하여 주요변수들의 상관분석을 실시하였으며 AMOS 22.0 프로그램으로 구조모형 분석하여 주요변수 간의 유의한 경로를 확인하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 일-가정 양립 갈등과 아버지의 우울, 아버지의 양육스트레스 및 어머니의 양육스트레스는 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아버지의 일-가정 양립 갈등이 아버지의 우울과 아버지의 양육 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 어머니의 양육스트레 스는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 현재의 일 가정 양립 정책에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among father’s work-family role conflicts, father’s depression, father’s parenting stress and mother’s parenting stress. Additionally, this study examined the mediating effect of mother’s parenting stress in the relationship of father’s work-family role conflicts and father’s depression, father’s parenting stress. The data were collected and analyzed by the Korean Institute child –care and education in 2015, and then analyzed in terms of the 8th year data of the Korea Children s Panel published in May, 2017. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 23.0 ,Amos 22.0 program and the correlation analysis of the major variables was conducted. The results of this study were as follows: First, there was a positive correlation between work-family role conflicts, father s depression, father s parenting stress and mother s parenting stress. Second, in the process of father’s work-family role conflicts affecting father`s depression and parenting stress, the mother`s parenting stress played a mediating role. Therefore, it is necessary to operate the psychological counseling program and the parent education program to eliminate the negative psychological variables such as the mother and father s depression and parenting stress. based on this results, implications for the current work-family role policy are discussed.
