본 연구의 목적은 아동청소년의 빈곤(FI)은 정서행동문제(EBP) 형성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는가와, 자율적 학습행동역량(KCAA) 및 스마트폰 의존(SD)은 이러한 빈곤 및 정서행동문제 형성과 어떠한 구조적관계를 가지는지를 밝히는데 있다. 아울러 이러한 변인들은 서로 어느 정도의 영향력을 가지며 중재변인의 작용은 정서행동문제 형성의 정도를 중재할 수 있는가를 밝히고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국가수준의 종단적 데이터인 한국아동·청소년패널조사(KCYPS, Korean Child Youth Panel Survey)데이터를 사용하였으며, 전국에 분포되어 있는 16개 시도에 거주하는 초·중학생 4,693명을 대상으로 하였다(초 1 패널 2,342명; 중 1 패널 2,351명). 그리고 아동청소년의 빈곤, 자율적 학습행동역량, 스마트폰 의존, 정서행동문제를 측정하였다. 구조방정식 모형 분석결과 첫째, 아동청소년의 빈곤수준이 정서행동문제 발생에 직접적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아동청소년의 빈곤은 자율적 학습행동역량 및 스마트폰 의존을 통하여 정서행동문제 형성에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 초 1 패널 및 중 1패널 집단의 경우, 스마트폰 의존이 정서행동문제 형성에 가장 많은 영향을 미치며, 다음으로는 자율적 학습행동역량이 정서행동문제 형성에 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이로써 초등학생 및 중고등학생의 정서행동문제 형성 경로는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

This research designed to pinpoint the intervention and identify factors, which can buffer the devastating impacts of child & adolescent emotional behavioral problems perceived poverty, is of critical importance. This study addressed ways in which child & adolescent poverty(P) is associated with emotional behavioral problems(EBP) and how this relationship may be mediated by key competency of acting autonomously(KCAA) and smart-phone dependency(SD). Data of the Korean Child Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS) were used in this survey of 2,342 elementary school students and 2,351 middle school students. Using structure equation modeling analysis, the results of this study confirmed that first, child and adolescent emotional behavioral problems was not significantly affected by poverty for both elementary school students and middle school student groups. Second, key competency of acting autonomously(KCAA) and smart-phone dependency(SD) are mediators of the linkage between child & adolescent poverty and emotional behavioral problems in two groups. Third, for the both groups, the smart-phone dependency was the most important variable influencing emotional behavioral problems.
