A Different View on the Checkerboard? Alterations in Early and Late Visually Evoked EEG Potentials in Asperger Observers

Experimental Paradigm.

During one experimental block, checkerboards with two different checksizes were presented in random order with different frequencies (20% and 80%). Each checkerboard was presented for 500 ms and was followed by a grey screen for 500 ms. Participants had to count the occurrences of the rare checkerboards and to report the final number at the end of each experimental block.
