Abstract
Virtual reality technology is a computer simulation technology that allows people to create and experience the virtual reality world. It simulates the real world through a computer, allowing users to feel the situation. This paper analyzes the application of virtual reality technology in the psychological health education of college students through the concept and characteristics of virtual reality technology and the mental health of college students.
