Summary
CT created a revolution in psychotherapy circles in the 1970s. In the twenty-first century, the approach is no longer a young sensation but a mature treatment approach embraced by many professionals from varied disciplines. CT has enjoyed a 40-year career, augmented by rigorous research and widening clinical practice. CT continued to evolve and further expand its scope. The cardinal principles, practice and processes, as well as its trademark session structure, equip clinicians and researchers
