    Practice of Mindfulness-based intervention, especially Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) therapy, has recently attracted scientific and medical communities due to its benefits in treating individuals with stress and chronic pain-related disorders. It is made up of components like self-awareness, emotions, sensations, thoughts, developing self-control skills, and building up resistant reactions to stress [13–18].
