Zusammenfassung
In den letzten Jahren wurden Studien zu kongenitalen melanozytären Nävi („congenital melanocytic nevi“, CMN) und neurokutaner Melanozytose („neurocutaneous melanocytosis“, NCM) publiziert, die durch prospektive Analyse größerer Patientenzahlen eine genauere Einschätzung der Krankheitscharakteristika erlauben. Zudem sind medizinische Experten und Patientenorganisationen immer besser unter- und miteinander vernetzt. In diesem Beitrag werden Fortschritte und neue Aspekte zu Pathogenese, Klinik und Therapie von CMN und NCM dargestellt.
Abstract
In recent years, prospective studies with increasing patient numbers have been published on the subject of congenital melanocytic nevi (CMN) and neurocutaneous melanocytosis (NCM). Moreover, medical experts and patient support groups have intensified their collaboration. This article summarizes current aspects of pathogenesis, clinical features, and therapy of CMN and NCM.
