Psychische aandoeningen en arbeid:

een vergelijking van interventies

Samenvatting

In deze bijdrage geven we een vergelijkend overzicht van de interventies die tot doel hebben het arbeidsfunctioneren van mensen te herstellen of te verbeteren. Daarbij maken we een grove indeling in lichte tot matige, matige tot ernstige, en ernstige tot zeer ernstige psychische aandoeningen. We kijken dus naar mensen voor wie arbeid een normale zaak is of voor wie werken tijdelijk als te belastend wordt ervaren, zich uitend in overspanning.
