Onethisch gedrag bij collega's

Een moeilijk te hanteren dilemma

Abstract

In dit artikel wordt ingegaan op de betekenis van ethiek en ethisch handelen in het algemeen en beroepsethiek voor psychotherapeuten in het bijzonder. De beschreven problematiek wordt toegespitst op een specifiek dilemma waarmee veel psychotherapeuten geconfronteerd worden, namelijk onethisch gedrag bij collega's. Empirische bevindingen worden samengevat en aan de hand van klinische vignetten wordt het thema verlevendigd. Het ethisch discours over dit delicate thema pretendeert geen oplossingen, maar geeft wel een aanzet tot genuanceerde reflectie en discussie.
