semenvatting
Summary
Social support influences the well–being of people. In the field of youth care, attemps are made to positively influence the social networks of the clients concerned, as well as their resources for support. In order to be able to intervene sufficiently well, one first needs to gain an insight into the nature of the network of these minors, and into the supportive qualities of their network members. This article describes a method developed by Tracy and Whittaker for assessing network and support characteristics.
